HLC Care Agency provides a 24/7 hour service Monday to Sunday (including all national bank holidays) at the times planned by the plan of care.   We provide and manage a number of care pages for clients with complex needs which require an excellent bank of experienced care workers.

Our package includes:
 

• Sleep in duty where the staff is required to sleep at the client's home. This shall include being woken up to 3 separate occasions to a maximum of 30 minutes each or a total of 1 hour 30 minutes.

• Waking night service (2300 hrs to 0700 hrs) where staff are required to be awake on duty throughout the night.

• Live in service 24/7, where the care staff is required to live in the client's home for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 21 days, they will be entitled to 2-3 hours break each afternoon.

• Rapid Response Service, where we shall complete a risk assessment and commence service on the same day as receiving instructions from the community service.
